HG Provisions was founded by Heather Gilmore, a seasoned industry veteran with over 15 years in premium protein. Heather built her career at the intersection of exceptional products and the retailers who champion them — and founded HG Provisions to bring a different kind of brokerage to market.

Our expertise spans the full spectrum of high-claims protein — from certified organic and grass-fed beef to humanely raised bison and animal welfare certified products.
